Kettle Mettle Dirty Fondo : The Oldest and Most Scenic Gravel Fondo in BC
We are excited to welcome you to the Okanagan on September 13th/14th for the 9th annual Kettle Mettle Gravel Fondo. This event holds it’s title as the oldest Gravel Fondo in Western Canada.
Situated in the stunning Okanagan Valley, our course carves its way through wildflower-blanketed canyons, historic trestles, and shaded decommissioned railway tunnels. You can expect panoramic views of wineries and crystal clear lakes as you climb and descend the sweeping switchbacks of the Kettle Valley Rail Trail.
Although the one-day 138+ km Full Fondo Plus distance is still our marquee event. We are also offering a 50km Medio and 100km Full Fondo distances. In addition to our one-day event, we are excited to be brining back the two-day stage race.
“These events always seem to bring sunshine and great times. Well organized and great people turn out to these gravel events.” Justin Payeur, Maple Ridge, BC
